  • Accounting & Bookkeeping – automated transaction capture through secure bank feeds, supported by receipt management tools that attach source documents directly to your records. We review and reconcile regularly to keep your books accurate, reliable, and up to date.

  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – bills are captured automatically through integrated tools and receipt management systems. We oversee coding, approvals, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Vendors are onboarded with the proper compliance documentation (such as W-9s), and AP aging is monitored so you always know what’s due and when.

  • Accounts Receivable Management – invoices and recurring billing are generated or updated from your contracts or management tools, ensuring accounting stays aligned with operations. AR is tracked automatically, reconciled with customer payments, and monitored through aging reports so you always know what’s outstanding.

  • Payroll & HR Support – we streamline employee onboarding, PTO tracking, and payroll entries to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing. Expense reports are captured through automated tools and synced into your accounting. We make sure payroll and HR data flow smoothly into your books, reducing errors and saving time.

  • Compliance & Readiness – we bring broad knowledge of accounting, payroll, and compliance requirements, helping you anticipate issues and ask the right questions. While legal and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of your lawyer, CPA, or payroll provider, we ensure your books are GAAP-aligned, documented, and ready. When questions fall outside our direct scope, we guide you toward the right interlocutor so nothing is left unresolved.

  • Financial Reporting & Dashboards – monthly or quarterly reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss) plus dashboards with KPIs and insights, helping you make data-driven decisions with confidence.

    Cash flow forecasting is available as an add-on for Growth and Tailored packages.
